We had a lot of iron ducting in the crawl space under our house that needed re-insulation. We obtained several quotes for the work, and eventually got in touch with Austin from A+. He came out and went above and beyond what any other technician was willing to do, crawling under very confined spaces to get a full layout of the system. He was also open and honest, and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need.
We obviously went with A+.
On the day (which turned into days) of install Alex and Max came out to perform the work. They worked late to make sure everything came out perfectly, and were courteous and efficient.
In addition, Austin came back to assist with the clean out of the system, explaining the whole process to us. There was one more tech who did the vacuum with Austin who was also solid and friendly. All in all, the company provided a fantastic experience at a price significantly lower than the competitors.
Kiril diagnosed the issue with our heater and Austin was the technician who came out to fix it. The job was done very quickly. Austin was very nice and polite. Exceptional customer service all around.
I would like to start by thanking this company for traveling to our house on the west shore of Tahoe! We were having issues connecting an updated Nest system to our older model furnace. Austin arrived on time as promised and was extremely courteous and professional. After diagnosing our furnace and equipment, he advised us that some upgrades may be necessary and there was a possibility parts would need to be replaced. Austin was able to install the original equipment back to keep the furnace operational while he researched updated equipment. The following day I received a phone call from Austin informing me after further research and discussion he would be able to rewire and eliminate outdated equipment without the need for costly replacement of equipment. Austin was outstanding and accommodating with our schedule and was able to return the same week to complete the job and have our furnace thermostat running on the Nest system!. He was also able to diagnose and replace a malfunctioning damper which was not related to our original thermostat issue.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude as it has been extremely difficult to find honest hardworking companies and individuals! It is also very difficult to find someone willing to travel to the west shore of Tahoe, eager to solve a problem with honesty and integrity! A+ heating and air definitely has a long term customer with me and I highly recommend them! Thank you very much!

My furnace would not ignite the first time we tried to turn it on this fall. Although the warranty covered parts, labor was no longer covered. So, I called the manufacturer for authorized dealers near Carmichael who can do the warranty repairs and got the number for A Plus Heating and Air. Katie was very helpful on the phone and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Vitaly, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed that they had the replacement part in stock. He then picked up the part, came back and installed it. So, he had my furnace quickly fixed and working again the same day for a reasonable cost. I am so grateful. Vitaly was courteous, quick, and careful to make sure everything was clean and put back together before he left. I will definitely call A Plus Heating and Air again for my HVAC needs. They exceeded my expectations.
Our mini split unit was not cooling very well and seemed to have a little leak at the connection to the outside unit. We called and had the wonderful pleasure of having Mohsen Sadat, with his expertise, help us. His attention to detail, cool and collected personality, and large knowledge base showed us we were in great hands. He left us with a unit perfectly filled with R410A and no leaks. What a wonderful experience!

I’m not normally a review poster but I experienced exceptional, above and beyond, service from Vitaly tonight. This is July 9, extremely warm weather. My AC unit failed on Sunday, july 7. Vitaly arrived Monday at 5pm after normal hours to help us. He identified the problem right away.
Ordered the part on Tuesday and installed it Tuesday night at 6pm.
Also on Monday morning when I called I was surprised to get a live person named Katie. She was great too.

15 years ago I had Seco Heat & A/C from Rocklin install a top of top of line Trane Heat A/C unit. The two workers they sent did a horrible job (couple of Tweakers) and the main unit wasn't sealed or was any of the under the house ducting. This was revealed to me by one of Krill's workers named Denis.
Denis is a young guy from Ukraine whose attitude is 10/10. His English is not great but his willingness to understand and communicate clearly makes up for it and then some !! So Denis crawled under my home in a very dusty very tight space and spent several hours sealing the ducts and insulating them showing me photos of the work so I knew it was done properly. I asked Denis to do me a favor and drill a hole up into my kitchen so I could run an electric trip wire. I offered him $100. He did the job and then refused to accept the $100 because he couldn't guarantee that the wire was live. I told him that wasn't part of the deal and handed him the $100. How honest is Denis ?? Then he offered to clean up the job site which was dirty because the space was so dusty. I was so impressed with his work I told him that I'd clean it up so he could go home. Denis...welcome to America, you're The Man !!
Paul and Timur installed the unit and same thing. They took their time and did the job right the first time. They were seasoned professionals.
15 years I had been wasting my money cooling and heating the space under my home. No wonder the unit never seemed to work.

All the other air conditioning places were more expensive and said that I would have to wait one to two weeks for them to come look at it. Who can wait for air conditioning when it is over 90 degrees outside?
